Early in the morning, your driver collects you from your accommodation or airport in Ouarzazate to begin the 3 Days Ouarzazate to Fes Desert Tour. The journey starts with a scenic drive through the palm-lined Todra Valley, where the Todra River has carved an impressive canyon with red cliffs towering above.

Take your time to stroll along the gorge, admire the rock formations, and capture panoramic photos of this natural wonder. Continuing along the route, you pass through the lush palm groves of Touroug and Tinjdad. Pause for a relaxed lunch in a local eatery, soaking in the serene desert scenery. By mid-afternoon, arrive at the edge of the Sahara in Merzouga

Here, experienced guides and camels await for a thrilling trek across the golden dunes. Pause on a high dune to witness a magical sunset painting the desert in shades of gold and crimson. Conclude the day at a luxury desert camp, where traditional Berber drums accompany an enchanting evening around the fire. Dinner and overnight are spent under the vast open sky.

Day 2:Merzouga – Khamlia – Merzouga Lake – Erg Chebbi – Palm Grove

Start the day with a hearty breakfast at the camp before setting out to explore the surrounding Erg Chebbi dunes. The morning includes an off-road adventure to an old kohl mine, where you can learn about the traditional techniques for extracting this natural mineral.

Visit the nomadic families in their woven tents to share tea and gain insight into their resilient desert lifestyle. Continue to Khamlia village, known for its soulful Gnaoua music, where you can enjoy live performances and learn about the African influences that shape the local culture.

After lunch at a local restaurant, wander through a palm grove and drive a few kilometers to the seasonal lake of Merzouga, also known as the Flamingos’ Lake, where you may spot migratory birds during certain times of the year. Conclude the day with a camel trek over the dunes to catch another stunning sunset, followed by a cozy night back at your luxury desert camp under the stars.

Day 3:Merzouga – Erfoud – Ziz Valley – Cedar Forest – Ifrane – Fes

Wake early to witness a mesmerizing desert sunrise over the dunes. Enjoy breakfast at the camp before returning to Merzouga on camelback, where your driver awaits for the 3 Days Ouarzazate to Fes Desert Tour

Continue to Erfoud to visit local fossil workshops and see the incredible petrified treasures of the region. Drive through the scenic Ziz Valley, with lush palm groves nestled between rocky cliffs.

Pause for panoramic photos before enjoying lunch in Midelt. The journey continues through cedar forests, home to the Barbary Macaques, where you can interact with these fascinating primates in their natural habitat.
