Itinerary

Day 1:Arrival in Casablanca

Your 11 Days Morocco Tour begins in Casablanca, Morocco’s largest and most modern city. Upon arrival, your driver will greet you at the airport or your accommodation. Visit the spectacular Hassan II Mosque, dramatically perched above the Atlantic Ocean — a masterpiece of Moroccan craftsmanship. Depending on your arrival time, you may also explore Mohammed V Square, take photos at Rick’s Café, and enjoy a walk along Casablanca’s scenic Corniche before spending the night in the city.

Day 2:Casablanca – Rabat – Chefchaouen

After breakfast, journey north along the Atlantic to Rabat, Morocco’s elegant capital and one of its four imperial cities. Visit the Hassan Tower, Mausoleum of Mohammed V, and the charming Kasbah of the Udayas overlooking the Bou Regreg River. Continue through rolling hills and olive groves toward the Rif Mountains, arriving in the enchanting Blue City of Chefchaouen — famous for its indigo-washed alleyways and peaceful atmosphere. Overnight stay in a local riad or hotel.

Day 3:Chefchaouen – Volubilis – Meknes – Fes

Spend the morning strolling through Chefchaouen’s narrow streets and artisan shops before heading south toward Volubilis, the best-preserved Roman site in Morocco and a UNESCO World Heritage treasure on your 11 Days Morocco Tour. After exploring its mosaics and columns, continue to Meknes, the imperial city of Sultan Moulay Ismail. Highlights include Bab El-Mansour Gate, Sahrij Souani Basin, and the Moulay Ismail Mausoleum. By evening, arrive in Fes, the spiritual heart of Morocco, for dinner and overnight in a traditional riad.

Day 4:Full Day Guided Tour of Fes

After breakfast, embark on a guided tour through the fascinating labyrinth of Fes el-Bali, the old medina and a UNESCO World Heritage Site, as part of your 11 Days Morocco Tour. Begin with panoramic views from Borj Sud, visit the ornate Royal Palace Gate, and explore the historic Jewish Quarter (Mellah). Inside the medina, step into history at Al Quaraouiyine University, the oldest in the world, and admire the intricate beauty of Al-Attarine Madrasa. End your walk at the Chouara Tanneries, where age-old dyeing traditions continue. Overnight in Fes.

Day 5:Fes – Midelt – Ziz Valley – Merzouga

Depart Fes toward the Middle Atlas Mountains, stopping first in Ifrane, often called the “Switzerland of Morocco” for its alpine charm. Continue through the Cedar Forest of Azrou, home to playful Barbary macaques. As part of your 11 Days Morocco Tour, enjoy lunch in Midelt before driving through the scenic Ziz Valley and reaching the Sahara Desert of Merzouga by afternoon. Here, your camels await — ride across the golden dunes as the sun sets, then settle into your luxury desert camp. Enjoy Berber music around the campfire under a blanket of stars.

Day 6:Merzouga Exploration

Wake early to watch the sunrise over the dunes a moment you’ll never forget on your 11 Days Morocco Tour. After breakfast, return to Merzouga village by camel or 4×4. Today is dedicated to discovering the Merzouga region: visit a nomadic family in their desert tent, see an old eyeliner mine, and listen to Gnawa music in Khamlia village, played by descendants of sub-Saharan tribes. After lunch, walk among palm groves and visit the flamingo-filled lake of Merzouga before returning to your hotel for dinner and rest.
