Itinerary

Day 1:Agadir – Aït Benhaddou Kasbah – Ouarzazate – Skoura – Dades Gorge

Begin your 4 Days Tour from Agadir to Fes, heading east toward the heart of Morocco’s saffron region. Your first stop is Taliouine, a picturesque village famous for producing high-quality saffron. Visit a local cooperative to learn about the harvesting process and witness the delicate flowers that produce this prized spice.

Next, continue to Taznakht, a town celebrated for its traditional Berber rugs and carpets. Explore the workshops, see artisans weaving intricate patterns with natural dyes, and perhaps pick up a handmade souvenir.

The journey continues to the iconic Aït Benhaddou Kasbah, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of Morocco’s most photographed fortresses. Wander through its mud-brick streets, climb the towers, and imagine the epic films shot here, including Gladiator and Game of Thrones.

Drive onward through Ouarzazate, Morocco’s “Hollywood of Africa,” and explore the lush palmeraie of Skoura, a beautiful oasis with dozens of historic kasbahs. Conclude the day in the dramatic Dades Gorge, capturing the towering cliffs and striking rock formations before checking into your hotel. Enjoy a delicious dinner and spend the night surrounded by nature’s beauty.

Day 2:Dades Gorge – Tinghir – Rissani – Merzouga – Erg Chebbi

Wake up to the majestic views of the Dades Gorge and continue your journey toward the Sahara Desert. Stop at the Todra Gorge, a spectacular canyon with towering cliffs and a calm river below. Take time to walk through the gorge, snap photos, and marvel at the dramatic scenery.

Travel through traditional Berber villages along the way, experiencing local life and cultural encounters. Arrive at Merzouga, the gateway to the Sahara, where camels await for your trek across the golden Erg Chebbi dunes. Ascend a high dune to watch a breathtaking sunset, casting warm colors across the vast desert landscape.

Spend the night in a luxury desert camp, where traditional Moroccan cuisine is served under the stars. Enjoy Berber music around the campfire, share stories with fellow travelers, and experience the serene beauty of the desert at night.

Day 3:Erg Chebbi Dunes – Berber Villages – Camel Trekking

Start the day early to witness a mesmerizing sunrise over Erg Chebbi, as the desert transforms with light and shadow. Enjoy a freshly prepared Berber breakfast and take a leisurely stroll through the dunes, breathing in the crisp desert air.

Explore nearby Berber villages, learning about local traditions, architecture, and daily life. Try sandboarding down the dunes for a thrilling adventure, or relax and soak in the peaceful surroundings. Later, embark on a longer camel trek, exploring the rolling sands and hidden desert corners, stopping at scenic viewpoints for photos.

Return to the camp to relax, enjoy another traditional Moroccan meal, and connect with your hosts. Spend the evening under a sky full of stars, reflecting on the unique experiences of the day. Overnight in your luxurious desert tent, complete with comfortable bedding and authentic Berber décor.

Day 4:Erg Chebbi Dunes – Errachidia – Midelt – Azrou – Ifrane – Fes

Wake up early for breakfast before leaving the desert behind. Drive through the Ziz Valley, a lush oasis lined with palm trees, kasbahs, and traditional Berber villages. Pause to capture photographs or simply enjoy the serene landscapes.

Stop in Azrou, in the heart of the cedar forests, to meet the playful Barbary macaques and admire the ancient trees. Continue to Ifrane, Morocco’s “Switzerland,” famous for its alpine-style architecture, crisp air, and picturesque surroundings. Capture a photo with the iconic lion statue and enjoy a short walk around this charming town.

Finally, arrive in Fes, one of Morocco’s most vibrant cities, where your tour concludes. You will be dropped off at your riad or hotel, leaving with lifelong memories of Morocco’s deserts, mountains, gorges, and rich cultural heritage.
